PUDDING DE VERDURAS {VEGETABLES PUDDING}

  1. I´m keeping this recipe since Jan 2018. I liked the way it came out, the ingredients and how useful these recipes are because you can make them a day in advance and serve them cold or just make them the same day and serve them a bit warm.
  1. My source riconoricote.com but I don´t think there´s an English version for the ones abroad. Nothing else has to be said, I hope you make it because it´s worth it.

PUDDING DE VERDURAS
Tiempo de preparación: 1 hora
Dificultad: Muy fácil

INGREDIENTES PARA 8 PERSONAS
1/2 kilo de puerros
1/2 kilo de calabacines
2 zanahorias
