ALITAS DE POLLO CON SALSA BARBACOA {CHICKEN WINGS WITH BBQ SAUCE}

  1. This is a very quick, very very easy recipe. Easy to take away in a tupperware, to eat it just like that, as a snack, between meals if you feel hungry and besides, my baby boy´s (not so baby now) favourites. Well I have to say it´s not his "favourite recipe", actually is the bbq sauce what he really likes. No doubt the best ones are home made, well at least for me.
  2. I think spring has officially sprung, and we´re full of the joys of spring.

  1. INGREDIENTS FOR THE BBQ SAUCE
  2. 1 cup of ketchup
  3. 2 tbsp sugar
  4. 3 tbsp white vinegar
  5. Tabasco, I put about 20 drops
  6. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
PROCEDIMIENTO
  1.  METHOD
  2. I´ve used chicken wings but you can use anything, from chicken drumsticks to hamburguers.
  3. Some add some chopped onions or any other veggie inside the sauce, but my son asked me please not to put anything else.
  4. Cook the chicken wings in the oven as you normally do.
  5. I put them in a baking tray, poured some olive oil over them, seasoned them with salt and pepper and cook them for half an hour to 200º.
  6. To make this sauce, combine all the ingredients well.
  7. Start pouring the ketchup in a bowl, add the sugar, the vinegar and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  8. The result a shinny sauce, yummy, spicy and really good. The first time I made this sauce I new it was a keeper!!!.
  9. Ready to takeaway!!
