  1. We left Agra with the feeling of sadness and the feeling that this trip is over. We still have some things to see in New Delhi. We go back to day life scenes specially on the road, see how people load their humble vehicles. As you can see in the picture below, police in here have not much to do.
No había nadie jugando, hace mucho calor. Había pavos reales en medio del campo.
  1. There´s a golf course in New Dehli, we went to see it, just for curiosity. There were nobody playing golf, it was really hot. There were peacocks walking around the course.
  1. From there, we went to the Tibetan market, Janpath to buy some Rangole and some shreeyantras (meditation circles and circles for good luck). Rats were walking around you, it´s the first time we see them so close but I don´t mind rats so much, you get used to it.
11 Noviembre 2010.
  1. 11th November 2010. Today is our last day in India but as we aren´t catching our plane until late at night we still have time to visit more places inside the city.
  2. We went to visit the worship house name Bahá´i. Popularly known as the Lotus Temple due to its flower like shape, the House of Worship in New Delhi is a place that welcomes all religions and people of all castes, colours and cultures to worship in a spirit of unity.
  1. There is no clergy in the temple, no idols, no pictures, no sermons, no rituals. Only the holy scriptures of the Bahá´i Faith and other religions can be read or chanted inside in any language. No musical instruments can be played inside, however, choirs can set the readings and prayers to music.
  1. The place is quiet and beautiful. Absolute silence everywhere and as pictures couldn´t be taken inside, we simply went in to see it. Students come to pray in here too.
  1. And we went on towards The National Gandhi Museum or Gandhi Memorial Museum which is a museum located in New Delhi showcasing the life and principles of Mahatma Gandhi. The museum first opened in Mumbai, shortly after Gandhi was assassinated in 1948. The museum relocated several times before moving to Rajghat, New Delhi in 1961. The Gandhi Museum´s library is both a showcase for Gandhi´s work and a general studies library. The Gallery has a large number of paintings and personal items of Mahatma.
  1. In the picture below, on the floor, the last steps Gandhi took until the moment he died. People come here to pray too and also to visit the place like us. There are many students also here.

  1. We went to Kinari Bazaar after the visit to the Museum and we took a ricksaw, but in the end, I jumped out and decided to walk. The distance is not big but it´s loaded with people, motorbikes, tuc-tucs etc, and what my guide doesn´t know is that this is what I love most. This is crazy!
  1. Anything you want you´ll find it here, specially if you want to sew.
  1. Pollution that day was terrible, very annoying really and people covered their noses and mouths not to breath it.
  1. Children who can afford it, go back home by ricksaws.
  1. Cross through the Muslim side it´s quite caotic really. I don´t have time to see everything...I´ll have to go back.
  1. I thought 3 people on a motorbike was too much.
  1. We left the bazaar to visit Connaught Place, a comercial area not very interesting for us really, and after say goodbye and go to the airport. Time flies really!
Me encantaría volver.
  1. We left India, its traffic jams, its rush hours 24 hours a day and its people. I´d love to go back.
